Alice Mathews, PhD, is Distinguished Professor of Educational Ministries and is now Academic Dean of Women's Ministries at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She is widely known for her participation in the daily RBC Ministries radio program Discover the Word and speaks regularly at women's retreats, conferences, and churches.
Alice earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology at Michigan State University, a diploma in French studies at the Sorbonne (University of Paris), and a doctor of philosophy degree in theological and religious studies from the University of Denver and the Iliff School of Theology.
