I am absolutely obsessed with this CD. It is totally awesome. Shannon has an amazing voice and the songs are in my head all day long. I guess there are worse things to be obsessed about. I am just glad it is Christian based. A+ CD.

What a time for me to hear the context for Shannon's CD on TV, the NRB Channel 378 "Day of Discovery" program! I'm so glad to have seen the program with Shannon singing her song of praise to our Lord before getting the CD. The CD merely brings back the memory of the tragedy that intruded (and maybe still intrudes to some degree) in the life of the Wexelbergs. But to see the DVD in the midst of dealing with the progressing first-stage onset of Alzheimer's in the life of my own precious husband's life!! --well, Shannon just fulfilled 2 Corinthians 1:3-11 and for us Shannon, through this particular CD (and I have purchased the DVD as well to replay again and again), is our nailed-pierced Lord touching us gently and sweetly in this, our season. Jehovah Shalom!! Oh! The lyrics ring so crystal clear and sweetly in my mind and need.
